A safe start in the water with baby swimming
Do you want to give your baby a safe and positive start in the water? Baby swimming gives your baby the best setting to become familiar with water through play, presence and calm experiences with an adult. Many families participate in baby swimming with us from Esbjerg, Varde, Blåvand and the surrounding area, but we also have parents who come from further afield to get a good and safe start in the swimming pool.
Our pools are heated to a comfortable temperature and designed for babies and small children, so the little ones feel safe from their first visit. We guide you all the way so that you get the most out of baby swimming, which strengthens motor skills, interaction and the child’s natural movement in the water.
Baby swimming is for everyone, regardless of experience. With flexible ticket and subscription options, it’s easy to find a solution that fits into your everyday life.
A safe introduction to water through baby swimming
Baby swimming gives your child a gentle and positive first experience with water. In calm surroundings and together with an adult, baby slowly learns to get to know the water, while you share presence and movement in a safe setting.
That’s why baby swimming feels safe and manageable.
- Warm pools with calm conditions adapted for baby swimming
- Small groups and experienced instructors who guide you step by step
- Exercises focusing on the child’s motor skills, balance and water adaptation
- Toys and swimming equipment that stimulate senses and movement
- Flexible ticket options with both subscription and single tickets
- Easy access to family and disabled changing rooms
- Possibility to combine baby swimming with spa and wellness in the same house
There is plenty of room for both baby and the adults in the water, creating a safe environment for the first experiences with swimming. The visit can easily be combined with other activities, so baby swimming becomes a pleasant part of a day where the whole family can join in.
