All activities are free, you can participate by simply redeeming an entrance ticket.
All lessons in warm water are 30/45 minutes and all lessons in the competition pool are 45 minutes.
IMPORTANT: There is no sauna session during public holidays and school holidays, as the session is outside our opening hours.
